On confirmation of reservation a deposit of 30% of the total rental is required.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to let.
Cancellation terms:
Notice period: - 4 weeks or less -100% rental fee
- 4 to 8 weeks - 100% deposit
- More than 8 weeks - 50% deposit
Tenants must take possession after 2.30pm on the day of arrival, and must vacate by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Rental includes use of bed linen and towels.
We cannot accept responsibility to tenants and their guests for the loss of, or damage to their belongings.
The accommodation is let to the specified number of tenants only - maximum 4.
Tenants agree to leave the accommodation clean and report any breakage.
No pets allowed.
No children under 7 yrs allowed.
No smoking in the cottage
